Yes, this chilled serving tray is made of high quality hard plastic, it will not break easily under normal use in daily life. Hope this helps!

This cold appetizer serving tray looks similar to the ones sold by prodyne and innovative life, it works well? Which one is better?

I chose this one, the ice bags it came with was more appealing to me.

Does the lid snap on?

I have the chilled dip bowl which has no lid. And I like it very much.
