Thermostat stopped working and it leaks
I ignored the negative reviews before about the leakage and now both my pieces started leaking. On top of it the thermostat isn't working now. Very poor product and expensive like anything. Not happy 😒

Very Poor items.
Very poor items, I only had it from near a month, since I put it on straight away water was leaking, I had to pay more money to buy the shower head and its fine now, not worth of money, very poor quality.

Good quality mixer and shower attachment
Still needs a few extras to plumb in. I added 2 female unions to connect the mixer hot and cold to 15mm and surface mount plate for the on off valve

Not impressed
We bought this for downstairs bathroom. After 3 months it started leaking. Not impressed. We had a plumber out who repaired it but it's not used anymore.

Faulty
It was faulty and I had to return it, no flow at all through the thermostat, and does not take speedifit fittings, so wasted a lot of time

Good Customer Service
Had a problem with the shower head but this was promptly addressed by Customer Services with a replacement.Good Professional Service and Customer Satisfaction seems to be their priority.
