The Ultimate Mint!
I love mints. I am never without a nice mint and over the years my quest has been to hunt down what I consider to be the perfect mint. And in these large Smints I feel I have at last found my quarry. For me a mint needs to be strong, but not unpleasantly so, long lasting on the palette, non-sugary and kind on the teeth. These Smints tick all of those boxes with aplomb and justify every penny of their price. They come in a matchbox-sized plastic dispenser which works well and contains around 100 of the little crackers. The triangular shaped mints themselves are very well flavoured, strong but not overpowering, and have a refreshing, non-acidic, long finish that keeps breath fresh for ages. For maximum pleasure they are best enjoyed sucked, and not crunched.I also believe, thanks to to Xylitol, that they're kind, or kinder, on the teeth. Xylitol is a naturally occurring sweetener, which has 33% less calories than sugar and has some other health benefits, albeit in much higher dosages than you'd get in a mint. So, all good.To summarise if you like a mint, you'll absolutely love a Smint.

Great value for one of the best mints on the market
I'm very fussy and when trying to find a mint I liked I found that by process of elimination, Smint was the only one for me.Pros:Sugar freeSmallStrong flavours (long lasting)Dispenser as opposed to paper wrappingCons:For me it's not an issue but these 100 mint packs are large. Perhaps not ideal if you don't have a jacket, bag or big pockets. Having said that I'd still buy these smints, just in the smaller packs. That's about it.What I really like is not only are they sugar free, but instead of using the sugar alcohols like sorbitol that can irritate the gut and bowels, it uses xylitol which is a very safe compound and only has a fraction of the effect. Given that you needed to overdose quite significantly even on sorbitol, xylitol is an ideal compound for these mints. All in all, excellent mints, great value. I would highly recommend.

An outrageous example of massively wasteful plastic packaging
Delicious mints, but a few grams of them are encased in thick, wasteful, environmentally damaging packaging.I adore these mints, but cannot, in all conscience purchase them again, Not until the manufacturers devise some more sustainable packaging. Before you purchase, please think twice. The box they came in will most likely be around, polluting your grandchildren's planet for centuries after you've finished the mints.

excellent product very minty taste and cheaper than other Xylitol ...
excellent product very minty taste and cheaper than other Xylitol mints. Our dentist has actually commented on the improvement since eating these mints after meals.

Perfect
Smints seem to be the Marmite of the mint world, but these are great for someone like me who doesn't like chewing gum (makes me gag) or Polos (the sugar free ones have a weird texture). For me they are perfect for the following reasons:Sugar free (essential for me as I'm quite fond of my teeth)No ingredients that I would regard as suspectStrong, but pleasant flavourNoticeable fresher breath effectSmall and crunchable while being good if you don't crunch themDecent, convenient packaging which doesn't crush or spill etc. You don't have to worry about wrapping them back up again (like Polos)Unfortunately, Smints are not as popular as I'd like, so buying in bulk is good value and convenient as they are not sold in many smaller supermarkets.

Thought we were ordering the larger flip-lid pack which we prefer

Good value, but...
This seemed like great value, but there is one thing I didn't expect when I ordered. These packs are about twice the size of the packs you get in the shops - these packs have 100 smints each, which is more than double what the normal retail packs have. The normal retail packs have only 40 smints each.I have never seen these bumper size packs in the shops, so I was surprised when I opened the parcel. These packs are not as convenient to slip into your pocket or handbag/manbag, so you might want to keep them in your draw and/or use them as refills for a regular size pack.

Best way to buy mints and keep handy
Great way to buy these little handy sugar free mints.I usually spend a lot on them as bulk buy at airports but this is the best way to buy them and keep them handy for replenishing infrequently.these are the smaller mints and 100 in each pack, such a great buy.I actually decant them into my own little pretty tin mini mint holder and always keep handy.
