There aren't a lot of ways you can put this thing on. The chin part goes on your chin and there are cutouts for ears. If I start with those two parts the strap hits too low on the top of my head to stay on. it just slips down the back of my head unless I move it closer to the top of my head and basically begin folding my ears forward. So I put it in front of my ears. It won't stay on all night this way.Pros:Pretty comfortable once you have it on.Cons:Not made for my head.Adjusted to its smallest size would be for a pixie, largest size is normal person but exposes a lot of velcro.Velcro loops are aggressive and not covered unless you have the strap at its smallest size so it pulls your hair whenever you move it.

Not comfortable at all and did not help snoring

I felt like I couldn’t breathe through just my nose. Guess mouth breathing at night will continue to be the case for now.

It was a little tight making it uncomfortable and the way to make it a little more comfortable caused the velcro to be in my hair.

It didn't really work. May be may be minimizes the sound just a bit but still I make noise, it itches under the chin cause material is rough.

It works ok, but thr blue of the strap stains the sheets

I bought a chin strap. Earholes aren't very comfortable. I went to the reviews to find out what the nose clips are for. Most of the reviews are for a Chicago calendar. Others are for a shark calendar, some topiary balls, and a "Happy F***ing Birthday sign." This is incredibly misleading to have all these 5 star reviews for other products.

I like the simplicity and function. I wish it lasted longer.
