Lash Clips & Wedges (Tub 150)

Used to tile a kitchen floor, I've used them before, good quality.

First time I've used this system and have to say they work well, I'm no professional but I managed to tile 39 square metres using this system and would definitely recommend.

Although very expensive for what they are (bits of plastic) these are very hand for laying tiles and make the job of getting tiles straight and level a lot easier.I do agree with some of the other comments about it forcing the tiles up too far and really this is better suited to larger tiles laid on thcker bed of adhesive. However on the whole they worked well and for shallower mortar I was able to trim the clips with a pair of snips quickly and easily which was a bit of a farse but did the job,

I’ve used these for a few things. In my bathroom they worked brilliantly I used them on one of the walls, the side of the bath and the floor everything stuck really well and was beautifully level. The tiles were stone effect porcelain 60cm x 30cm I used BAL adhesive and put the adhesive on the tiles as I went.This time I used plank shaped wood effect porcelain tiles 60 x 15cm and I applied the same BAL adhesive first to the floor rather than the tiles. In this case i have 4 tiles that didn’t stick. They were pulled too high to touch the adhesive so now I have to get the adhesive out with a chisel and re lay them. The tiles that have stuck are lovely and flat. I think the curve shape is necessary pushing the tiles up but probably need thicker adhesive I think my mix was a bit sloppy this time and should have used more powder. Maybe they aren’t so good on plank shape tiles. They felt easier to use on the bigger ones.

Excellent for levelling tiles, why I haven’t used these before I don’t know but the make the job so much easier, also breaking off the clips afterwards is painless, just remove all the wedges and simply kick the plastic tabs, I’m sure other methods are available but this was the easiest way I found, would definitely use again.

Nice & easy to use

First time I've ever laid tiles and got these results. Couldn't be happier. Worth there weight in gold.These tiles were 600x600mm and 6mm deep.They really did make a difference and I think it would have ended in disaster without them.

Gotta admit,, these help me a lot,, I'm not professional in tiling so when it came to my first time laying floor tiles I was a little dubious as to how to do it,,, but theses levellers are great my floor looks great and level,, would highly recommend especially if your a novice
