this product states its 6000 mg ketones but on examaination it is only 50 mg of active raspberry ketone which it states clearly on back ingredients

Not doing what expected, had other brands and lost weight. NOT on these though. Feel fatter!! They make me feel really shaky as well. Don't know weather to keep taking them or not!!! And they are NOT 6000mg they are 50mg.
