There's so much trendy discussion these days about NAD+/NADH and those supplements are quite expensive, but good old fashioned niacin can help with all the same things. Especially proper flushing niacin (nicotinic acid). People can be scared of flushing niacin (especially when they take a large dose right from the start) but there is no need to be. These small dose tablets (start with one) allow you to ramp up your niacin dose if required so that you get a very mild flush, if any. The body gets used to it and stops flushing, and nicotinic is the best form of niacin, imo, as slow release forms can be harder on the liver.I am happy this low dose nicotinic acid is readily available, and I am on my second pouch.

I struggled to find a small dose of Niacin as I want to start low and work my way up to avoid flushing. This was perfect for me as I could easily break them in half to get the dose I wanted. The packaging is good I put them into a dark coloured bottle labelled it and put it back into the packaging it arrived in.It’s a really good product and is definitely working for me even at a low dose and I’ve had no flushing. Thank you. Update from first order, I have purchased a couple of times now this is still as good as I first mentioned and customer service is excellent. Highly recommend.

I am trying a relatively small dose of this as part of a protocol to try to improve the symptoms I have experienced after getting Covid last March. It was surprisingly hard to find vitamin B3 as niacin/ nicotinic acid instead of the no flush form nicotinamide. I can’t risk taking a large dose of niacin because of some medication, so it was useful to find these tiny 16 mg tablets that are easy to cut in half too. I haven’t noticed any change in my wellbeing as yet, but am happy to continue for the moment. Unlike some other reviewers, I have not had a problem resealing the pouch. For the reviewer who said that there was no effect from these tablets because of not having received a flush, not everyone does experience a flush from any Niacin, though I do myself. It depends on whether you are deficient in Niacin, how big a meal you are consuming with the Niacin and how big a dose you are taking.

Received my purchase quickly. Very happy with the product - easy to swallow and have found I have a ton more energy since taking them. I like the fact that they are suitable for vegans and the packaging has been designed to be kind to the environment. Highly recommend!

This is a really good product. The 16mg nicotinic acid tablets are exactly what you need to reap the benefits of niacin but avoid a flush reaction. Many products on amazon are selling 300mg + tablets which could cause nasty flushing. By consuming smaller doses throughout the day you can avoid this and reap all the benefits.

It's nice to see a smaller dose of Niacin, but unfortunately the packaging doesn't protect the tablets and the bottom of the pouch is full of broken bits.

I purchased this item in the hope it will boost my HDL cholesterol (correct B3 variation for cholesterol)I am currently taking 1 tablet in the morning and 1 in the evening. I will not take more without GP advice.The item come in resealable bag.I counted the tablets as I doubted the correct amount in there but I actually had 3 tablets more than advertised.It's good value for money.I will continue to buy if it helps with my cholesterol. Everyone will experience different results.
