Will buy again
It's tricky to find children's supplements with Magnesium in. Our oldest child (8) has had issues with ticcing over the last 2 years. We read online that magnesium supplements could help so gave this a try. He likes the taste, and after 3-4 weeks of taking it, his ticcing seems to have dissappeared! Doesn't break the bank either - you get plenty of doses.

Great supplement!
My son really likes the taste. Delighted as it’s so hard to get him to take anything! Sleeping better and less anxiety.

Sadly made my son more hyperactive, had to stop use after 2 weeks.

Handy product
Tastes really nice , fizzy and fruity. Easily mixes into juices etc. I feel it helps calm an excitable child if given with evening meal. I also use it take to my collagen and MSM with.

I am going to give this a 5 star but know that although it's easy to mix in a drink or water, it's quite bitter and my little guy found it hard to drink as it's sour. As an adult you kinda get used to the taste where as it's not so easy for kids.

Didnt work for my child with tics and moodswings. Was trying due to this hopfully lasting longer. We ended up going back to the old vits we were on before.
