Game changer for Triceps

Excellent addition to rowing machine
I wanted to change out the bar handle on my air-resistance rowing machine to get a more versatile hand/arm motion that might better simulate sculling. Using two of these handles connected by a short chain allows hand separation throughout the pull to model the two-oar sculling motion. And, because the handles smoothly rotate/twist, I can vary my pull to work different muscle groups. Plus, the handles are extremely comfortable, making a grueling rowing workout more enjoyable and efficient.

Handle might snap on you due to rings not being durable
I was doing seated cable rows with both the Right and Left Sport ergonomic grip connected the carabiner on the machine. I was doing my 5th set of 165lbs for 10 reps when Left handle ring just warped and bent during my reps almost flinging me forward mid rep. I don't know why these aren't welded but buyer beware. I really liked these so I'm disappointed by the poor quality and safety measure of the ring.

The media could not be loaded. After 90 days need to be replaced if you're using it 3 times a week. Heavy usage
