Product Description Everbuild Everflex 115 Contract GP (General Purpose) Building Mastic is an oil-based compound intended for the general pointing and sealing of many joints in traditional forms of construction. This general purpose mastic provides an effective weatherproof seal that is overpaintable and adheres to most common surfaces including brick, wood, metals and glass. Typically used to seal composite sectional panels and low-movement vertical joints, the high solids formulation of this contract building mastic has excellent gap-filling properties. Once dry the weatherproof seal remains in a semi-dry state and remains permanently plastic beneath the surface skin. As a result, Everflex 115 is ideal for perimeter pointing of both internal and external door or window surround pointing and sealing. The grey colour blends easily with metal and painted finishes. Review: Good sealant - We bought it to seal some cracks and gaps for the garage's concrete exterior walls and to stop the rain water from coming through. So far, so magnificent! No water in the garage. It's gooey and sticky and a thick bead takes long to dry but it works fine. The colour Mastic Grey is a light grey which we found was a good match. Only time will tell if it lives up to expectations but for now we are happy with the purchase and would recommend ;-)

**Q: Will it fill cracks in concrete drive?**
A: It should work ,don't know for how long though because most of these sealants dry and harden over time and need to remain flexible for a good seal

**Q: My gap is only 3mm. Will this stuff be ok?**
A: Hi,I bought this product to fill in the external gaps of my concrete sectional garage because the existing ones had perished and needed replacing.  I was happy  with this product found it easy to apply and use.  However, I did this in February 2015 and now October 2015 I have found that the product in some areas has shrunk and broken away.  My gaps in some areas were greater than 3 MM so perhaps I was expecting too much!!

**Q: Would this product be suitable for filling a tiny gap (behind pipes) in the special flooring of a wet room?**
A: You'd be better off with silicone, as this can take up to 2 weeks to dry completely

**Q: What shade of grey is this?**
A: Stone grey

This is a high quality mastic it does take a long time to dry or at least to set It was not overly expensive but I have to add in the cost of two jumpers while doing the job because there’s no way you can get this off of your jumpers
