Tempted to give it 5 stars to balance the damage from the last review. Some strange, but mainly just wonderful music. Ridiculously difficult to find on vinyl and beyond my budget, if you like modal Jazz and the 60's European jazz scene, grab it. Marco De Marco 'In the living room' and Nathan Davis 'Happy girl' are also on MP3 !! You've never had it so good.

This album was recommended by jamie cullum on his radio 2 show.The tracks are bits and pieces from jef gilsons many albumsthe track played on jamie cullums show sounded promising and was by an artist i had never previously heard of.The problem is after many listenings in the car etc all the tunes sound the same but reworked with different sized personnel.Jamie cullumsaid this album was brilliant, fantastic , ets.If you want brilliant and fantastic then may i recommend a recent purchase.
