It is what I need and is doing the job.

Things I like: I have a large wrist for a woman (7.25 inches around) so I bought the 8" size. This is loose enough to move freely on my wrist, it does slide back and forward quite a lot, but not enough to fall off. I took off the little extender chain as it wasn't needed, and was annoying hanging down.Comfortable to wear. The flattened style links are very attractive. The lettering is 'engraved', and has black paint in it, so it is easily read, but not too obvious on casual glance. The caduceus symbol is nice and clear, and is embossed into the metal, with red paint, as well.Things I like less: The 'lobster claw' clasp, which is shown flat in all the images, actually stands upright when worn on the wrist. Not a huge issue, but be aware that it can snag tights, or catch on fine sweaters.The clasp scratched my face last night when sleeping, which means I'll have to take it off when I go to bed, which isn't great, as I want to wear a medic alert bracelet all the time.I ordered the 'DNR - Do Not Resuscitate' engraving, and they sent 'DNR - Organ Donor' one instead, but hey ho, I'm that as well, so I've kept it.It's a tiny bit heavy. And I would have preferred a less shiny metal.Having said that, all in all I would recommend this. Great price for a solid feeling bracelet.

Quite smart, have to put it on tight so it sits properly! One major design flaw is the metal links are very week and soft.
