I don't usually write reviews but thought I had to with this item.On the first day of taking it I could feel my energy levels balancing out, not so much highs and lows. I have noticed that it has helped greatly with anxiety which i get occasionally and I am feeling more centred calm and balanced It has also helped really well with other bodily things which can be effected by anxiety and low moods. Really good product balancing the included herbs in a very sinogistic way. 🙂
