Great piece of kit that compliments the Prospero
Used for mincing meat, 1/3 each of chuck, brisket & beef rib = great mix for either lasagna or beef burgers (this is a Heston combo mix recommendation for high quality beef mince).A poster recommended putting a slice or two of bread through the grinder at the end to assist with cleaning before thoroughly soaking to ensure completely clean and free of any of the previous session content.

Good product
Used it to mince some cooked lamb, it works lovely, now no wasted Sunday roast, I'll be using it in Shepard's pie etc

Not cheap but good
Very solid and easy to use but a touch expensive. You could buy a cheap tool with the motor for about the same cost.But then space becomes the issue...
