Seller claims strap adjusts as short as 31.5 inches, but the promise to correct the graphic information (which says 41.5”) “immediately” was made in June 2022. Sixteen months later, the graphic still shows a minimum length of 41.5”. I don’t want to buy an item with misleading product information, and the fact that the information remains uncorrected does not inspire confidence in the seller.
