So far so good, this is one of the best purchases I've ever made.
It says that I could mention tech support, ( I have not needed any thus far) longevity (so far so good, couple of months now) value for the money!?, I cannot say enough about that! Absolutely a great value for the money in my situation, which is to say I've been cutting metals and alloys in my home shop for over 30 yrs using abrasive bladed chopsaws, angle grinders, hacksaws, sawzalls, then progressing to bandsaws and of course cutting torches, when I was able to get the acetylene and oxygen between buying diapers and such! This plasma cutter, as inexpensive as it was, still blows all of my traditional ways out of the water and then some! I have found, for me and what I cut mostly (mild steel, sheets and bars 10ga to ½" thick) running it on anything under a min of 90lbs of air or 50 amps of 220vac is just an exercise of stupidity on my part. I think it would do fine on a lower power setting for most everything except for the ½" stock but I just leave it at 50 wth, I'm a hobbyist not a production fabricator so my duty cycles are very short lived. In fact, due to amperage embarrassment (not enough to go around in my shop service panel, yet) I have to pull a descrete 'switch-a-roo" between the plasma machine and my stick welder when I need to use it so I've been waiting until I have several pcs ready to cut before I switch it on. It cuts fast! IMHO of course, remember this is my first experience with plasma, I'm going to venture to say a professional's opinion on that will be different as I see the machines they use are at a different level, however, I'm curious to see if they would say the value for the money is there, especially for a home shop. I highly recommend this machine for a beginner -novice level metal worker or artist and also any level home shop! I got the machine during "Amazon Days" or something like that for less than $160 delivered.

Great Plasma Cutter
I bought this cutter to do small thing around the house. I have been able to cut very thick steel as in old brake rotors without issue! I also have tried cutting aluminum and copper, no problem. It was able to burn through a pumpp casting like a hot knife through butter. I am very pleased with the ease of setup and operation. Plug it in and add air; pretty simple.I am using a small pancake compressor which seems to be sufficient to do whatever I decide to cut through.I tried it on 120 VAC and 220VAC. It does much better on 220 VAC but does work well on regular voltage. Great purchase, I am very satisfied with the plasma cutter.

So Far So Good
So far so good with this machine. Seems like it works great. The thickest thing that I've cut is 3/8" and cut it pretty slick. Haven't needed the tech support so not sure how good they are. So I'll keep using it and hopefully it will last quite a while

So far, so good
Hours of cutting 16ga steel on one set of consumables. Thing is a little workhorse. Just hope it lasts. I'll update if anything changes...

An amazing addition to the tool box!
Always was amazed by a plasma cutter. Rebuilding a old Jeep XJ was the excuse to buy one. My only regret is that I did not buy one sooner! I have only used it on 120 volt supply but have had no problem cutting. At first I was having some nasty cuts, but a increase in the air supply cleaned the cuts up nicely. A really amazing machine for a less then scary price! Glad I got one!

Excellent
This is unbelievable what your getting for the money. I hesitated for years to buy a plasma cutter because the name brands are so expensive and I figured these cheaper ones would be no good. This thing will cut the sizes of metal as advertised and does a great job. I have cut 3/4" steel rough cut like butter. I haven't had the air leak that others have said they had, and haven't had any problems with this machine so far after several months and allot of use.

Cuts 15/16 inch steel
Cutter works well. I purchased this one and the Bestarc BCT500DP 3rd Generation to compare. I successfully cut 15/16-inch-thick steel with both cutters. The Flameweld was able to cut the steel at a slightly faster rate. The 5 extra amps makes a difference. Cons: Flameweld machine is larger in dimensions and no air protection. Boh are good machines for price.

Works well
Works well but not 100% sure the output amperage is accurate, cuts well and clean though. We will see how it holds up in the test of time
