Difficult to connect wirelessly via Windows 11 and HP Smart. Had to have HP technical assistance, which was very good and issue eventually resolved. Installation software needs improvement.

Would definitely reccomend buying this printer. It’s easy to set up and prints really quick. Wish i had bought it sooner. I like that i can print from my phone and the quality of printing is great

I expected more/better from this printer. Sure, it does the job and does it well. Bit noisy. Definitely fast, really fast. I know this printer isn't aimed at those who wish to print photos and images. But the quality of these are dreadful at best. If all you want it for is to print text and documents however, then this is the printer for you. Cheap to run and very quick like I've said. Another negative is the build quality. For a brand name such as HP and a "Pro" printer, you'd honestly expect better. Cheap plastics that panel gaps just don't seem to line up. Almost gives the impression it's been dropped, several times prior to delivery. Not impressed. Would I recommend? It's hard to say. Let me just say, I don't think it's worth the cost. Especially for how basic and flimsy it both feels and looks. I think I would definitely consider alternatives.

I would recommend the HP LaserJet Pro 4002dw to anyone who wants a black & white laser wireless printer for both Windows & IOS. EDIT: Before purchase I had hoped to use both Ethernt & wired connections but after thinking about it this I realised it would confuse the Router, hence why if using ethernet connection the printer disables wireless.

Se configura fácilmente, por wifi sin, cables. La calidad de impresión es excelente y la velocidad con la que imprime brutal. Imprime por las dos caras de forma automática, sin problemas de inyectores de tinta que se secan.

L'imprimante en elle-même est bien, mais le toner est hors de prix, et deux cartouches compatibles n'ont pas été reconnues. Retournées à Amazon pour remboursement, heureusement ! Trop de protection appelle le boycott.

Perfekter Drucker! Er lässt sich super mit Apple AirPrint verbinden und es dauert nur 2 Sekunden bis er nach dem Druckauftrag beginnt zu drucken! Benutze ihn unter Mac macOS Sequoia (15) problemlos.

Una volta collegata al Wi-Fi funziona, ma poi quando la spegni bisogna rifare la configurazione tutto da capo. Ho contattato il centro assistenza tre volte, mi hanno detto di aspettare e poi hanno buttato giù la linea. Non la posso neanche più restituire perché no ho la scatola originale (l'ho buttata convinto che tutto sarebbe andato alla meglio una volta collegata al Wi-Fi). Mai più!
