After three years of laxative abuse (anorexia & bulimia) I decided to recover. These have been amazing for getting my body back to “natural” bowel movements, I also have IBS and celiac disease which makes it harder for me to digest food and have regular BM’s but not with these! Two a day, regardless of the time of day, means I’m guaranteed a bowel movement and relief of trapped gas! I recommend this to anyone it has massively improved my life :)

Two of these a day and keeps you regular.

Product arrived sufficiently packed and padded, exactly as described.Practical usage of this psyllium product is equivalent to similar brands I used in America. As some dietary supplements, there is a slight dusty, herbal flavour but it is not off-putting.In short, it is exactly what the advert says it is, and it provides fair value for the money.

This is a great deal. Holland + B ones need six a day! My stomach's full enough as it is!

I know there's been a little controversy with the labelling of these- they are only half the strength they say they are, but they do seem to have some effect. I don't take them regularly. Do drink lots of water when you take them or you will become dehydrated.

Very helpful in getting extra fibre. I see the difference.
