Conform to feet well.
I play Recreational Volleyball in these shoes: "Asics Gel-Rocket 10" shoes in women's size 11.Sizing, to me, seems like these Gel Rocket's run slightly small in length but normal/true to size in width. Size 10, in most shoes, for me, is usually too small; whereas Size 11 is generally too long in the length; but these shoes are different-- My feet are ever-so-slightly wide but this Size 11 regular medium-width shoe fits me just fine in the toebox and length. The laces stay tied which is nice.So far I've only wore the shoes 2 times playing volleyball; there doesn't seem to be a break-in period. My feet aren't sore wearing them or the day afterwards. The Soles are great and there is stability with side to side motion. When I jump it feels very comfortable landing. I have not slid at all wearing these shoes thanks to the rubber; I feel very safe wearing them especially wiht quick side-to-side motions. I plan to play Pickleball soon and from the reviews I have read, this Gel-Rocket 10 should be great for that indoor court sport as well.

Comfortable
So I did listen to the people who said to get a size up because if u get it regular size I might be a little too fitted. But I love the shoe I got a size 10 and my usual size is 9.5. The shoe is so comfortable, so angles it looks long but it kinda isn’t. But overall this is a good shoe for volleyball.

The perfect Weight training and Cross Fit Shoe
Love these shoes!! The perfect balance of support, comfort and classic style. I bought these shoes for weight training and agility training along with elements of Cross Fit. Perfect for the demands of box jumps and jump squats, the support you need for agility exercises and the flatter sole for weight training. The shoes shown in the attached pictures have an indoor only sole. That means it’s designed for indoor volleyball courts and basketball or racquetball courts. It’s not designed for running on cement or heavy outdoor use. So, the reviews about not holding up outside or on pickle ball courts are misleading. You need to consider the court surface and what the shoe was designed for. I don’t run outside with these shoes. I switch to running shoes. But in the gym environment with mats, wood floors or smooth epoxy coated cement floors with minimal grit, these shoes are perfect! I wear a size 11 women’s shoe . I tried ASICS running shoes in an 11 shortly after my purchase and they were too small. So, I was fearful these (size 11) wouldn’t fit, but they fit perfectly. I have narrow feet with a high instep/ arch. Sizes can vary between running and court shoes even within the same brand. You may want to adjust sizing accordingly. I highly recommend this shoe. With the price just over $40, it was unbeatable!! Very happy with my purchase. I just ordered a second pair in a different color.

Love theses!
These are great shoes for both quality and looks ( got the ones with black striping). The do run a size small though. I tried a half size larger but just wasn't enough. A full size larger is perfect. I think I'll get the gray color as well!

Great shoe
My daughter put me through it this fall volleyball season. We bought these shoes, because based on the photo, we thought they were white and black. Upon receiving them, we sent them back because the Asic design was dark blue instead of black. They fit well and were comfortable, but not the right color. Apparently, we must wear white shoes now, and black also is acceptable in small amounts to teens. So, we ordered another pair off of Amazon that was a men's Asic with the desired white and black look. Well, we soon sent those back because they looked too big. Again, felt fine, but the "look" was wrong. Lol. So, then we re-ordered these shoes because I somehow convinced her these would look white and black and not blue in the gym lighting.Anyway, they didn't always look "black" but, her upcoming winter team's colors are navy and pink. The good news is these shoes were built well enough to last and she can wear them for that season as well. They are comfortable and hold up great.

Good shoe
I usually wear an 8. I got an 8 in these shoes. They fit very well. I got these because I work in dental, I'm in a chair moving in awkward positions using my feet while working. I use the sides of my feet, to push myself, if that makes sense. I do not play sports. The shoe was a little tight around the top of my foot, but better now. Anyway, I really like the way they protect my feet, keep my ankles from rolling wrong and keep the sides of my feet from being sore at the end of the day. They are also pretty grippy on the floor. I don't feel as if I will slip while pushing myself and the chair. Hope this helps.

Perfect for pickleball
I play a lot of pickleball and it seems like I'm especially hard on my court shoes, which is why I end up replacing my shoes about every three months. I've purchased several different models of Asics brand as well as K-Swiss and I'm going to have to say (after buying at least a dozen pairs) that these are my favorite ones so far. They fit to size, the toe box seems standard and I especially like the sole, which doesn't seem to experience a high level of wear. Who knows. They may last me an extra month...but I'm not getting my hopes up. In summary, these true to size court shoes seem longer lasting than most for pickleball play.

Comfortable
I was looking for a shoe to do cross training/indoor aerobics and found it's hard to search for that kind of shoe so figured volleyball shoes would be similar. I'm a 9 1/2 (as measured by a podiatrist), but found I need size 10 even though I have narrow feet. I tried OC and Ryka among other brands in size 10 and found them still too short in the toe box. These shoes are super comfortable both for aerobics and long walks. Plus they look nice.
