effective product and excellent value
This was my first time to try digestive enzymes. I've found these tablets very effective in helping digestion of proteins. I've found that one tablet after each meal is adequate. The only downside has been a slight increase in gas but the overall benefits have been highly positive. I have previous experience with Lindens products and feel they give excellent value for money.

I’m taking these to help ween me off lansoprole. So far so good. My stomach needs all the help it can get to raise stomach acids in order to process food quickly And reduce heartburn.The problem with taking acid reducers such as Lansoprole is that in reducing acid production, you have more chance of bloating which then causes acid rising into the throat plus awful wind caused by unprocessed food getting into the intestines.

This is very effective for excessive flatulence or wind. Very good if you are sufferring from indigestion as well.
