Good product, working well so far, a little fiddly on the thumbwheel and no LED
Bought the timer switch for a shower room fan that was wired into the light switch and so went off after showering and switching the light off. Instructions are reasonably clear if you are competent with wiring an isolating switch - my only issues were (1) not reading the instructions for the dip switch settings (WHITE is the switch and not BLACK in the diagram) and the fiddly thumb wheel that has a center larger than a screwdriver so I had to find an Alan key that works, plus it has no marking for how far round it is so I added that. Note that this has no LED to indicated it is "on", this was not an issue for me as I could hear the fan starting and stopping. Installed and working with no issues on day 1, timer is set to run for ~40 minutes to cover shower time and steam extraction. So far recommended as it is much cheaper than other alternatives I saw,

Only works for 2 sec - 15 min interval
The din switches that are meant to control the mode and timing band do not do anything, from my experimentation. No matter what position they are in, only a 2 sec - 15 min resettable band is possible. I wanted slightly more than 15 min, but resettable 15 min will suffice for my immersion heater. No more having it accidentally left on for hours. Result.

Great as shower extractor fan timed switch
Used as a switch and timer for a shower extractor fan. Works perfectly.

Did the trick for controlling bathroom fan.
Bought it so I don’t have to remember to turn bathroom fan off after showering. Was a bit tricky to understand how to set it but after studying the kinda vague instructions and thinking about it, I soon figured it out. It does need a neutral so bear that in mind. Was fairly easy to fit if you’re moderately competent with electrics, I set it to 15 minutes and there is a further adjustment via a small wheel, which you need a flat screwdriver to adjust, and at the 15min setting, a further run on up to one hour can be set, trial and error would need to be used as there is no marking to indicate time increments on the wheel. There are longer and shorter time settings available via the row of 4 small switches. Overall a good switch.

Poor documentation
The switch is quite good, it's a fair bit deeper than your regular switch, so might want to beer that in mind. It also isn't illuminated. Other than that, it works as described, as allows a wide time setting and 3 different operation modes. The only real issue I had was with the poorly written documentation. It's clearly been proof read by someone familiar with the product. Took me a while to get it setup. The bit switch settings illustration and working is particularly poor given its fundamental to the product setup.

Excellent Works really well and half the price of alternative switched versions

Admirable design but limited application.
It's well constructed but as stated it needs a neutral wire, which makes it unlikely to be unlikely to be of use on an existing lighting circuit. Great for power applications where a fixed duration is appropriate eg a bathroom or water heater. (The duration can be set to your liking on installation.) It uses a mechanical relay so can switch 13A devices, no worries. I haven't found a use for it yet which is a pity as it pleases me. Incidentally, the switch is not mechanical, there is nothing to press, as it uses a proximity device. Cool! There is no visual indication on the switch to indicate on/off. The relay makes a faint click. I've considered wiring in a small mains led across the output terminals.
