A very expensive mistake
This product has absolutely no security features so if fitted any adult can simply crawl through the gap to gain access to your property.The return charges and extra customs payments which were not quoted in the shipping advice made this a very costly mistake. There are much better products out there.

Sturdy and well built
Got the medium size one for our Golden-Doodle puppy.Easy to install with the enclosed instructions. Hardest thing was cutting the hole in my metal entrance door.The rest of the installation took 10 minutes. Do not try to install with the door hanging, take the door off the hinges. The triple flaps are sturdy and seal pretty good on the magnetic track. Remains to be seen when its 30 below this winter. It took only 5 minutes to train our dog to use it and he breezes through it no problem. Love the cover that blocks the door for at night, prevents unwanted intruders especially when you live in the country.I would recommend this product.

I could not live without this door. Best quality ever.
This actually works great on the storm door door. The first day about my new house to put this door in. My dogs tire their self out every single day in their new backyard. I am now able to do things and go to work and not have to worry about them getting outside. And it keeps this 100°F weather out due to the great insulation. En climas extremos, funciona muy bien ya que mantiene el calor fuera y el aire acondicionado no se escapa por esta puerta. Se tiene que ajustar el borde del aislante, cortando el excedente necesario, ya que pega en el marco exterior y hace que no baje como debe. Una vez haciendo este ajuste, funcionó perfectamente. La tapa de seguridad, si se coloca a presión, es un poco complicada de retirar. Es mejor solo sobre poner. Pero en general, excelente producto y funcionamiento.
