Works really well but only on small ampules. Lids break easy and not cuts to fingers

I'm so glad that I trusted my instincts and brought this item despite reading the bad reviews. This is the best thing to use for opening my B12 vials, I had a lot of ones that were very stubborn to open and scared me when they broke. This is very easy to use and I can also draw up the liquid without opening the snapper, thank you for making my life easier.
