I read other comments that it contained petroleum , but as I've used vaseline before I wasn't worried. It has a lovely smell and is very thick, so should last a long time. However, it made my skin feel hot and burning, and next day my skin was red and sore. I have been using this rose one for 2 years now and I am so absolutely happy with it. I have a very sensitive skin and usually in the winter my face gets so dry I end up with big red marks on my face and it gets very itchy. I have tried so many different brands but none of them worked. I ended up buying this one because I heard rose was excellent for the skin and it worked MIRACLES on me. It's been 2 years and I haven't had dry skin ever since I started using this. You get a really good amount of product and don't need to use as much. My skin remains hydrated all day and it feels very good after a shower too. So if you have dry and sensitive skin, do not hesitate to go for this. I have also tried the Calendula cream and it's a bit thicker but works as perfectly as this one. I use the rose one in the morning and Calendula before bed.
