Windows phones probably haven't got access to the app tbh. Unless you can find a iPhone or Android simulator to run it. Might be time for a change of phone, or grab a cheap android one just for your tanks!

Can you use this on marine salt water or is one for my marine aquarium

It says it’s for freshwater on the box I think you need a different kit for marine!

Will the app allow you to save data from multiple tanks simultaneously? I have 4 tropicals plus a quarentine tank id like to chart

Yes you can. With the android app I have 9 tanks saved and track the results for each individually.
