Trixie Biker Bag, 35 × 28 × 29 cm

I spent some time researching the best way to cycle my two kittens to the vets. Ruled out handlebar baskets as a lot of them just wouldn't fit on my modern handlebars. This bag worked brilliantly.The way this works is there's a flat piece that you tie to your pannier rack, and another piece that you tie around the saddle post. You then clip the bag to the fixed pannier rack piece so the bag can be quickly removed once you reach your destination. I was quite impressed with how sturdy it was - but you must take the time to tie it on to your bike properly.I replaced the cable ties it came with with doubled up shoelaces (triple knotted) - only reason being that the supplied cable ties mean that it's not simple to remove this from the pannier rack when you don't need to take your pets anywhere. I cycle everyday and needed the option to remove the rack piece easily.I was transporting cats so I turned the bag around (facing me) and used the saddle post tie to latch on at the back of the pannier rack too, this worked just as well and led to happier cats that didn't want to face the traffic (and who can blame them). Made it easier for me to check on them too.Flattens down in a neat package too. Lots of space when put together to put in a comfy bed for extra warmth. Great product, great price.

This Trixie Biker Bag is as I voted. OK. The issue that I have with the Bag is the plinth provided has a cardboard base which leads to instability when using the bag on the cycle. I decided to keep the bag, which is generally of a good quality and purchased a sheet of plywood and replaced the insert in the base with this. Some sticking was required to amend the removal of the weak cardboard but was worth the upgrade. My recommendation would be to consider this carefully before purchasing.

A great bag for a small dog only have a 7 month old Yorkie weighing 4.5 Kilo she only just fits in it anything bigger would struggle, but quality is top rate, just hope the dog doesn't grow any bigger

I bought this bag for my puppy Cavapoo. she loves it. I use it on the rear of my bike where she appears to enjoy looking out. I also use it in the car, on the back seat. I open the top flap and attach the little inside lead to her collar I then put the car seat belt over the whole bag.The puppy looks relaxed and comfortable for the journey. I am not sure how long it will be before she grows too big for it. but I enjoy being able to take her with me on my cycle rides whilst she is young and not have to leave her at home.

I was looking for a rear bag for my bike and this one is just perfect, it can work as a carrier and as a bag, it is well built and strong. The price is very good as well for the quality of Trixie.

Flimsy! Didn't fit the bike very well and my dog hated it. It would fall to each side when he moved and so wobbled the bike.

Bought it for use for a miniature jack Russel, weight 4.5kg. It was easy to place on the bike but was quite flimsy. It only has tie wraps to secure the carrier to the bike (even with placing more on it to secure it) once my dog was in it, the carrier moved around and felt like it was going to fall off the bike. It took about 1 minute for the handy clip/lead in the bag to snap off. So if you have a small dog who will sit in place and not move this would be great but for my small dog it is not.

Not only is it great for pets, but it's been useful to store things like helmets and food/drinks for a picnic. Being able to detach the entire bag from the bike is very handy as well.

Auf der Suche nach einer Alternative haben wir diese Transportbox von Trixie gefunden.Bestellt und schnell angebracht. (Auf dem Gepäckträger)Man hat 3 Seiten mit Netztüren, damit der Hund auch gut Luft bekommt. Die Unterseite ist gut gehärtet, aber auch mit weicher Fleeceeinlage vorhanden. Man hat eine Befestigungsleine, sodass der Hund nicht herausspringen kann, wenn man die "Türen" öffnet.Für max 8KG Hunde.Tolle Alternative zum KorbDen Hund muss man erstmals dran gewöhnen! Meine Maus mag es mittlerweile.Toll finde ich, dass der Hund liegen und rausgucken kann. Im Körbchen sitzen sie meist und bekommen die Luft frontal von vorne ab.Preis-/Leistung top.

Ho comprato il trasportino per il mio cane, è un meticcio di circa 5 kg e ci sta perfettamente. penso che anche crescendo un pochino, riuscirà cmq a starci comodo.Il prodotto è molto valido e visto il rapporto qualità-prezzo è un vero affare. Io ho solo aggiunto una base più robusta (di legno) perché il mio cane ha la tendenza a stare da un lato e quindi era molto sbilanciato.Consigliatissimo.
