These resistance bands are great, I have had similar things before and these just are so much better. the interchangeable handles work a treat, and the door attachment gives them really good versatility. The manual could do with being a bit more detailed but half the fun is working out all the different movement you can do. I bought these at a discounted rate but would happily pay full price. Well worth the money, the carry case is really handy too.

excellent, I used to do a lot of weight/strength training with free weights and these take up a lot less room, are small and easily taken anywhere, very cheap but more importantly are a good substitute for weights. I have bought multiple sets to double up and cut down on handle changing.

Can highly recommend this flexible set of resistance bands! Different resistance levels and all the handles and accessories required to use anywhere. Have even taken them abroad in the handy travel bag which slips easily into a suitcase. The set arrived quickly after ordering.

Arrived within 24 hours, these bands would certainly seem that this set represents great value for money. I have been going on some fitness classes with some friends and we use these bands and I thought lets do some exercise at home and also while on holiday, they would appear to be a great solution.

Excellent set offering a great full body workout, although I've found it particularly helpful for working arms, chest and shoulders. Great range of resistance, from minimal to intense for both genders. I particularly like the door anchor, simply slide it through the crack in the frame and it lodges nicely without any damage to paintwork. Although I'm new to resistance training I've already incorporated a number of these exercises into my routine to noticeable effect.

Bought to help tone up prior to holiday. Easy to use and change between exercises and resistance levels ; have even taken to work so i can do exercising during lunch break. Comes wuth carry/storage bag to keep everything together.Would recommend.
