I've only been taking two a day for four days, but so far I'm already noticing things. I've had red bumps on my cheeks pretty much for ever, and they have completely cleared up.I have been battling GERD and stomach pain and tried pretty much EVERYTHING. I have not had any acid reflux for the four days I've taken these, and the stomach pain is not there either. I even ate really bad food yesterday, and nothing.Can't wait to see how much better I feel by the end of the bottle. Will definitely buy again.
