Really effective caffeine supplements. They are great to take before a workout in the mornings, or if you had a restless sleep and need to be up and alert early in the mornings. I also drink double strength green tea to help me keep going. I would advise though not to take these supplements after 12pm; they can make it hard for you to sleep; unless you are a night shift person, or if you need to stay awake during the night to finish off last minute paperwork...LOL! They are great value for money too - not too expensive. Affordable and effective!

These pills contain quite a large amount of caffeine, equivalent say to 2-3 cups of filter coffee. But the reason I use them is that the pills themselves dissolve in the digestive tract relatively slowly. This "slow release" effect has seemed to be a better way to ingest a larger amount of caffeine. I'll explain. Too sharp a spike in the caffeine serum levels can worsen the jittery effect of caffeine. So chugging down a quick double expresso hits your body very fast, the caffeine is already in solution. It's been found in research that caffeine brings the best stimulation with the least anxiety if the doses are smaller over a long period than just one dose taken all at once. I might add that powdered caffeine products are the worst for this, with the added disadvantage that since the most effective dose is sub-gram, you will need micro scales or proper lab spatulas to measure your intake safely. Of course for some people even the couple of minutes taken to prepare strong coffee is time wasted, so that a pill has that advantage too.Note: Amazon included a "flavour" star rating, which seems a bit funny. Put the pill in your mouth, swallow with a drink... no flavour involved.

OMG. the taste is awful, like really bad. happily i didn't buy the tablets for their taste but for their effectiveness and on that point they work just fine. just have something ready to take away the taste after you've swallowed one.

As a student nurse we’re expected to work nights. In 3 years I’ve been lucky not to have more than 3 but now I’ve been out on loads and I despise them! I cannot stay awake! So I decided to give these a go and they have absolutely done the job. I take one as I start feeling tired and it really gives me a kick until I go home and get in bed! 10/10 would recommend.

Having used 4 pro plus tablets (50mg each) and also a product called fuel 200mg tablets I found that these don’t quite give the same energy boost as those, I could probably take 2 to get the same effect which makes me wonder how much caffeine they do have and perhaps not that good a quality product. These are nice small tablets however so easy to take.

I thought it will have a horrible taste like it says in the comments but actually it has no taste..i mean you suppose it swallow it with water, not chewing it.. I took one tablet in the morning the first 2 days and I found that my heart was racing too much. Now I'm taking half in the morning and sometimes the other half in the afternoon and it works great. I'm done with stained teeth from drinking coffee.

It’s so bitter. I try to not let it come in contact with my tongue but on the rare occasions that it does it leaves an absolutely putrid horrible bitter taste. Makes me gag.

Easy to take. Make sure you don't take too much.

THIS PRODUCT STATED 120 TABLETS BUT AFTER I COUNTED IT , IT HAS ONLY 110 TABLETS WITH SHORTAGES OF 10 TABLETS . SOME OF THE TABLETS ARE CRUSHED DURING THE TRANSIT .

Works great! Energy drinks were too much of a hit or miss with me. I was drinking two $2.50 cans a day (200mg caffeine each) and they only worked sometimes. But these are so much more effective at only a fraction of the cost. I've only needed 1 pill a day so far (which proves to me these are WAY better than any drink!). Plus 1 pill a day means I'm basically saving almost $150 a month.Just be warned that these are the types of pill that dissolves and breaks easily. They aren't capsules and they don't have any coating on them. Just bare bones pills which work great!

Usually take one occasionally does the trick it works.

Having been a coffee drinker for years these are an absolute perfect replacement when you can no longer drink so much to get your caffeine needs met. Just a quick supplement and helps stay alert.
