Pretty good tool
I bought 4 different gutter crimp tools after my old crimping tool was lost.These American Mutt crimpers work so much better than the Chinese copies sold on Amazon.They are not quite as easy to use, and don't do quite as good of a job with the crimp as the Klein crimper, but they are MUCH better than the Chinese crimpers sold on Amazon!

I got this to crimp some aluminum flashing into place but the flashing was too lightweight to hold the crimp so I cut some small pieces of sheet metal and folded it over the crimp spot - works perfect.

Limited experience
I don’t do much with metal but I thought that this crimper would make the job of hanging a new gutter more efficient and safer. I didn’t want to drill and add screws that someone could easily get poked by. This crimping tool with gutter sealant seems like the best solution. You do have to have a good grip and pressure to get it to work properly, but it does. Probably takes more effort than I anticipated. I have no other experience with any other crimping tools. My humble opinion for what it’s worth.

Simple, solid, worked great.
Crimped rain gutter endcaps easily and tightly. Crimping is not complicated. But how refreshing to use a product that does exactly what’s advertised. No drama; it just works.
