Been taking these for 3 months whilst trying to concieve. I haven't as yet but my doctor precribed them in my last pregnancy so I'm assuming this is a good tablet to prepare my body.

Small, easy to take
Tablets are very easy to take and have presented no side effects. They are great if you cannot take multivitamins while trying to conceive (e.g. Due to iron worsening morning sickness).
