Perfect for portioning and preparing for surgery
I ended up not having bariatric surgery, but this plate and the small silverware helped me with my portion sizes and has pictures of what's recommended that I eat. It's very sturdy, durable, and easy to clean.

Measuring correct portion sizes
Basically, I like this product for portion control and then I put the food on another plate. It doesn't fill like I'm only allowed 4oz of a piece of food, a tablespoon of this or that. This size control plate makes measuring the quantity of food very easy. Also washing the plate is a breeze. So far, the quality of the plate is good.
