Service was exceptional!!
When the package arrived my husband and I worked on putting the table together. When we got to the part where the wheels went on, we realized that the 4th wheel was there, but it was not threaded, so it was able to slip right out when picked up. Following the notice on the literature, it said to contact the company directly. I emailed the company and heard back from them within 24 hours. I was instructed to identify the part number and take a picture of the defective part. I did as directed and then was notified that a new wheel would be sent to us and should arrive within 5-7 business days. The correct part did arrive within the 7 days and we were able to complete the table properly.

Great functionality
Beautiful table. We bought it as a side table for our glider in the nursery. Love the multilevel shelving and outlets/USB power, makes it functional for charging my phone and many baby accessories at the same time. One part in the hardware kit was defective. I emailed the company on the user manual and they got back to me in less than an hour to resolve the issue and send a new part. Very responsive and easy to work with!

Very great, easy to put together.
I really loved this, the top panel did have a crack in it. But I was easily able to get a partial refund for it. Probable that it happened during shipping. It did come packed very well in styrofoam. The instructions were very simple and easy to follow. It had an extra screw for most parts of assembly in case you loose one. It is compact wood, so you know what to expect. The little outlet station, it very nice addition to it. I love it despite the whole crack in the corner of the top panel.

Use it for what it was made for
I did not particularly like it, but it served it's purpose for the way it was used

ARGH!
The media could not be loaded. I wanted a “slide under the couch/bed” table in which a decent portion of the top board extends over my bed. Unfortunately, this is something reasonably priced “sliding side tables” lack…unless it’s as huge as this table (is)!Adjusting the height on this table proved to be the most nonsensical and difficult (by far!) task I’ve ever had in this type of furniture!Unless one means to use the same height permanently, which defeats the point of paying more to have such option and feature, this is definitely the worst design in terms of height adjustment. Not because the type of height adjustment mechanism itself but because such mechanism is only suitable for LIGHT and small pieces of furniture, which this table is certainly NOT!Not only top board is SUPER HEAVY but its metal beams fit way too tightly in the base hollow beams, both of which made putting the table top in place RIDICULOUSLY difficult - not to count dangerous, especially for those who go at it as I did: alone!Aligning and inserting the top board four metal beams in the base hollow beams was super frustrating…and it doesn’t really matter whether you tighten the screws in the base beams all the way or not. By the way, you’ll need to keep those beams loose until you mount the lower shelf boards.Unless you’re ‘superman’ or ‘superwoman’, I highly recommend having two people when it’s time to place the top board over the base.Once I finally succeeded in aligning the top board metal beams with the base beams (slightly inserted it in the base hollow beams), I thought for sure that I was passed the most difficult part.Boy, was I wrong! Came to find that pushing the top board down to where I wanted proved even more difficult! Yikes!!Adjusting this table top board height is far from being ideal or safe, to say the least!Yes, I did it…but not without putting myself and my “broken” spine through far more than I should have!As you can see in my video and pictures, this table finish came with a ton of flaws and defects…by the way, I only shared a “glimpse of it” here. The shipping box arrived in very good condition so I don’t trust any of these defects happened during transit, which proves that this company holds low standards and fail in terms of workmanship and quality control.I don’t quite understand why the base metal beams are so much shorter than the top board.I don’t feel safe placing anything too heavy on the ending edge of the top board and obviously, it wouldn’t be wise or safe for anyone to put even the slightest of pressure while leaning over it!The small shelves under the top board are a nice feature but it’d make far more sense if the bottom shelf extended all the way or at least close to the end of the base metal beams. Though this would obviously make this table a bit heavier than it already is, I hardly think it’d make much difference in terms of the effort required to move it…unless of course the added load is way too heavy.I can understand the need for two sets of beams under such heavy top board and though such thing limits how far we can slide this table under pieces of furniture, this table top board is long enough and as long as we move the inner metal beams all the way against a couch or bed, a decent portion of the top board extends over it.As much as I have searched, I’m yet to find a reasonably priced ‘slide under furniture’ side table that meets my needs and desires in terms of how far the top board extends over our bed and how much effort I must put in order to move it on a carpet floor. This table is much heavier than the two others that we have in this style. While its weight makes me think of it as a sturdy table, it’s simply not quite convenient for its design and main purpose, which is to slide to and from under pieces of furniture. It’s an attractive design but I quickly learned that it makes no sense to add storage shelves on this type of “movable” table and simply because there’s no logic in adding weight to a piece of furniture that’s already heavier than it should be for its main purpose. As you can see through my pictures and my short video clip, I had to put on quite a bit of “furniture marker work” in order to disguise the many finish flaws and defects, which unfortunately were on both sides of ALL wooden boards! While I decided against returning this super large, ridiculously heavy sliding side table, which will be going down to our basement’s guest room. Here are the main reasons why I don’t recommend it:Poor workmanship, design, and quality control;Wooden boards came with tons of chips, scratches, defective and inconsistent finish marks, inconsistent finish color shade throughout, no finish over the outline border; It’s insanely difficult and unsafe to adjust the top board height;Lower shelf doesn’t extend as far as it could hence wasted storage space;Super heavy top board that extends much farther out than the table base beams hence it’s an unstable unsafe design and by the way, not quite a “C” shaped table, is it? Nope!
