Does actually what I want it to do

This item does not solve the entire problem as it is not thin enough to slide under a ring pull that is flattened against the top of the tin. I still have to use a knife or a small screwdriver to start things off. However it is then very helpful in manipulating the ring pull and getting the top off the tin. I am glad that I bought it and would recommend it.

Handy little gadget, just what I needed for my arthritic hands

This works well, only thing I'd say is that some elderly people might still not have the strength to pull hard enough on it but for those who can this works perfectly, easy to hold, price is good, it will last,

Good product for the price, opens the tins easily and makes opening tins very easy for my wife who has authritis in her hands. Not the best quality but for 1.99 delivered we can buy another one.

Cannot believe how helpful this opener is. I have moderate arthritis in my hand and this little inexpensive opener has been a godsend.

Threw it away. Tried it once and it didn’t finish off the pull when I pulled harder the can sliced my finger
