Good for coeliacs

I enjoy brown sauce as an accompaniment to a number of dishes, cheese-on-toast, fry-ups and chips especially – and for many years I preferred the HP brand to most of the others. That changed some ten years or so ago when Heinz – the owner of the HP brand – switched production of the sauce from Aston in the UK to their factory in Elst in the Netherlands – for me, at least, the sauce never tasted quite the same again. I've tried various different brown sauces over the last few years but never found one that really ticked all the boxes – that is until I found that Amazon had Ireland's Chef brown sauce available. This is the sauce that I had been looking for all these years and I would recommend it to brown sauce lovers everywhere – unlike some other brands this Chef sauce doesn't contain anchovies and is suitable for vegetarians. This sauce is currently available from Amazon in a six-pack for under a tenner, with each 385g bottle working out at around one pound sixty apiece, which seems pretty good value. After Guinness and Irish Whiskey this Chef Brown Sauce is now my one of my top three favourite products that are produced in Ireland – knocking Kerrygold into forth place!

Nice but a bit pricey

Delivered on time. Long dates which is good very hard to get in supermarkets

My husband only like Chef sauce and it’s so hard to find it in the shops, excellent to find it on Amazon
