plastic protection needed
great bit of kit, seems very robust, my only criticism is it could do with a rubber or hard plastic on the inner part, as it lightly sratched my wife new ebike when fitting, i have overcome this issue by temporarily putting tape on the frame, until i can find a suitable bung. bung found.

Does not fit a child's bike.
Does not fit a child's bike. The bar is too long to fit between the seat post and handle bar even at its shortest setting. So the claim that it "adapts to all cycles" is misleading. Less than 52cm and you're stuffed. As the main problem with bike racks is children's cycles, I don't understand why all these false bars are too long. Carefully check your measurements before buying!
