I love that you can adjust the position of the support, simply by sliding the 2 side knobs up or down till the curve fits the small of your back. I keep this on my sofa which is firm but I still need this extra support to keep my back from aching. No more cushion lumbar supports for me, this is firm and gives real support exactly where I need it.

Light weight and easy to move from home to automobile. The ability to adjust the position of the lumbar he support, while driving, is unique to this device. The lumbar protrusion is easily moved from the low back to the shoulderblade while driving with just a brief stop. I am 85 years old and have undergone (4) back fusions. The sensitive part of my back moves up and down my lumbar spine whenever I am in one position for variable lengths of time, such as driving, or watching a movie on TV. With this support I am able to apply the lumbar pressure to the exact spot hurting, with excellent relief of pain.

The quailty is worth the price. The adjustment is easy and variable. It really helped me with nerve pain from sitting.

I dont usually write reviews but because of how satisfied and happy I was with this lumbar support pillow I had to. Out of all the lumbar pillow supports (and ive tried dozens) this one is by far the very best one I had. Ive been having lower/middle back pain for a while now from me sitting in a office chair all day and as soon as i started using this lumbar pillow, half my pain completely went away after ONLY a whole week of using it. I honeslty wish I had this support pillow a very long time ago before my back pain started to hurt.It feels like memory foam so it's extremely comfortable, not too soft not to firm, it's perfect.... it fits in all regular or office chairs... AND the very best part I love about this product is ITS ADJUSTABLE of where you want the most support to go on your back.Coming from a super picky person, I'm extremely happy about this product. 🙂

Update, the little ends of the adjustment bar fall off all the time, so it gets annoying. Prefer to use on road trips vs office chair.Use for my office chair to help provide better back support. I haven't used it while driving yet, but I also plan to use it in my car the next time I go for on a long driving trip. I like that you can move the bar up and down as needed and to target the area one needs for support.
