Funky Soap Sea Kelp & Rhassoul Clay Shampoo 100% Natural Handmade, 1 bar of 120g

I bought this as I'm suffering from thinning hair (due to thyroid problems). The info leaflet was very helpful and says that those who use chemical shampoos/ products may need to allow time for the hair to adjust (as chemicals are stripped from the hair). Before I bought this I had been using aloe shampoo/ conditioner, but wanted to go all (100%) natural. It might take time to get used to, but I would say to give it a go.To use: - Start by wetting the hair and the bar, then take the bar and rub it in your hands until it starts to cream up. As you get a lather, transfer it onto the hair (I wouldn't recommend rubbing the bar directly onto the hair), keep rubbing the bar and transferring the lather to you hair, doing so until the whole head is foamy. Rub it in for a good few minutes then rinse. You'll find that washing with this bar will make your hair feel very squeaky clean (when wet), but not feel soft like you get with chemical shampoos but trust me - it's worth it.For conditioning I use 1 part cider vinegar and 2 parts water (sometimes 3 drops of rosemary oil). It doesn't soften it, but you'll notice a lovely shine once you dry your hair and don't worry - the vinegar smell goes (so you don't end up smelling like pack of chips). This company also sells natural conditioners for those who don't want to use vinegar (or you can use a bicarbonate of soda mixture - for recipes, do an internet search for natural conditions).I would highly recommend this bar. Personally I didn't notice any waxy feeling or have any greasy residue after drying and was impressed with how my hair looked and felt. I felt like my hair looked really healthy (and thought It might just be that feeling you get when you try something new) then my husband mentioned my hair looked really healthy- even though I didn't tell him I had used anything different!.All in all - very happy and very impressed.

This strips your hair of all styling products which leaves a good base from which to use a quality shampoo and conditioner. Use once a week.

I've used this Sea Kelp and Rhassoul Clay shampoo for a couple of years now. My hair is long (almost to my butt), dyed and fine, it's prone to getting oily very quickly. My scalp can be dry and itchy. This shampoo has hugely helped with oil control - I reduced washing to just once a week throughout lockdown, and this shampoo always gets it so clean, and clears my scalp of any build up too.If your hair is naturally dry, this might not help that, but if you've naturally oily hair, I recommend this. I usually follow with an ACV rinse to detangle.

Absolutely fab product. Bar size is extremely decent. Lathers up no problem and deeply cleaned my hair. Hair looks fab, not pump like with other bars. Fresh smell is nice also. I am so happy and will repurchase..

Personally hated this soap!1. It dissolves so quickly, almost a quarter of the size has gone in 2 uses.2. It left my hair feeling greasy the first time so I tried once more incase I previously didn’t rinse properly, but again it felt greasy. It’s as though there is a layer of stickiness left on the hair which looks like grease.I’ve never previously had problems like this with shampoo bars.

I had high hopes for this shampoo bar but so disappointed. I does lather up and smells ok BUT for my hair (long fine and lots of it) it’s not good. I couldn’t brush it properly My hair feels unwashed greasy and full of knots. Even with adding anti tangle spray which I have didn’t help. I had difficulty drying it too. My hair now looks like I haven’t washed it for at least a week and only used it this morning!!I used as per instructions so nothing I’ve done different. I so want to help the plant with no plastic bottles but I’m afraid I’m getting the old bottles back out and give my hair a good wash and condition. This isn’t for me and wouldn’t recommend.

didnt last long and it tends to break apart in the hand while washing hair and body. otherwise it was ok for smell and keeping you clean in the shower.

Noticed within two washes my hair is shiny, clean and light.This beats any shampoo I’ve ever used.Highly recommended and you’re saving the environment.I’m buying this again. If Victor Kayem used this soap he’d buy the company.

Ceci est mon premier shampoing solide par cette marque et je pense plus la quitter. Naturel, fait à la main, ne teste pas sur les animaux, parfait. Un énorme savon que je coupe en deux pour utiliser plus facilement. Une odeur un peu mentholé très agréable, contrairement aux autres qui sentent seulement le savon. Il est très important comme avec peu importe quel savon solide naturel de le rincer très bien et puis faire un rinçage au vinaigre de cidre (1/4 vinaigre de cidre, 3/4 eau), laisser agir minimum 30 secondes et puis rincer. Cheveux propres, doux, volumineux et brillants. Je le recommande vivement, excellent pour cheveux gras ou si c'est la première fois que vous passez au shampoing, il peut aider dans les premières semaines de cheveux gras due à la transition au naturel.

Erst mal zur Verpackung:Der Shampooblock ist einfach in Papier eingewickelt, es entsteht also kein unnötiger Plastikmüll. Zusätzlich liegt dem Shampoo noch ein kleiner Beipackzettel bei auf dem steht wie man ihn am besten verwendet und einige Tipps wie man die Haare noch zusätzlich behandeln kann z.B. mit einer Essiglösung. Dieser Beipackzettel ist allerdings auf Englisch verfasst.zum Produkt selbst:Ich benutze das Shampoo jetzt seit fast 3 Wochen und bin begeistert. Ich habe das gefühl, dass meine Haare deutlich langsamer fettig werden als davor. Allerdings ist das Shampoo relativ schwer auszuspülen was wohl an dem sehr kalkigen Wasser liegt, das es hier gibt. Auf dem Beipackzettel wird auch empfohlen die Haare bei sehr hartem Wasser mit Regenwasser auszuspülen, das habe ich allerdings nicht ausprobiert.Zusätzlich war ich sehr positiv von dem angenehmen Duft des Produktes überrascht, da meine Erwartung an Seetang Shampoo nicht all zu hoch waren.
