Brush ends are great. Fine point end falls out easily.
These pens do stay moist long enough to apply several colors to a stamp and then make a good impression or two, and the brush tips apply the ink very efficiently when used sideways. That's clearly their main virtue. The fine-tipped end is great for repair and touch-up work in matching hues (though of course the colors tend to write with a bit more saturation than the stamped impression). However, with several of these markers, the fine tip simply dropped out the first time I uncapped that end -- complete with the tiny attached quill that draws ink from the reservoir sponge into the tip. I'll be looking for some way to glue the tips on. So, beware, especially if you have younger kids using the pens, or babies crawling on a rug below, or otherwise not-so-contained workspace. The included plastic case is an "almost-but-not-quite" solution for holding them. It pops open easily when the set falls, and even came apart in the mail before they arrived. But even if you discard the plastic, keep the card with the color index. The caps aren't necessarily a perfect guide to color, but the included card offers an overview of all 108 colors, and each marker specifies its color number clearly.Be sure, of course, to have a good stamp cleaning blotter or applicator bottle, so that light-colored stamp marker pens aren't discolored by contact with darker ink residues.

Super for stamping AND coloring
Love these double-ended marker. I use them for stamping (use brush end to color entire stamp or fine point to color just part of a stamp), and they work great!I also use these markers to color in coloring books for adults (images with very small pieces to color, as well as some larger areas). They are phenomenal at controlling where the ink goes when working in tight spaces, and I love the "brush" feel of the large end, which allows you to color at an angle, where you can cover maximum page space as you brush the color of the marker over a large surface. Yet, if you need a medium-point tip, you can use the end of the brush marker, and you get that, too.In comparing various dual-tipped markers made by various companies, I found these to be just as good as some of the much more pricey markers. I've also had good experience with these markers lasting a LONG time, which is great as I hate it when markers dry out right away! Hope you enjoy 'em!

Beautiful unique colors.... but, double-ended?
What I like most about Le Plume II is the unique colors they produce. They offer shades of colors that I cannot find anywhere else. I use them for coloring books, so I cannot say how they work on rubber stamps, but in coloring books, the color is smooth as well as easy to blend because of the slow drying time. One thing I was disappointed by was the extra fine end of these double-ended markers. While it might work fine for rubber stamps, I don't know, but the extra fine end doesn't seem to want to "color" smoothly on a page, even on a small area. However, the brush end actually comes to a pretty fine point, so it ended up not being a huge problem for me personally. Still kinda disappointing that I can only use one end of my double-ended markers!Overall - These markers make me very happy because they offer shades of colors that I have never had before, particularly very light colors with this Pastel set.Warning - If you own another set of Le Plume II markers, beware that they duplicate some colors from set to set. For example - Pale Pink is in both the Pastel set and the Basic set. If you buy more than one set, chances are you will have some duplicate markers.

Favorite Markers for 2 Years!
I’ve ordered these markers for myself(a couple years ago), and again for a friend who is getting a new bullet journal.I LOVE how these markers rarely bleed through my paper to the other side. Plus, they seriously last forever! I have had mine for at least 2 years, and I use them pretty frequently(at least the mints and pinks), and I haven’t had one market run out.I really recommend these markers if you love to journal!

Bad packaging!!!!
This is my third set of 36 markers . I was buying what ever color set was available at Michaels. ( Yes, I rated them at 4 because they are good markers.) I didn't know they made so many colors. This time however, I expanded my collection to purchasing 6 packages of markers. That's 72 markers and of those 6 packages 12 were duplicates. That's an entire package of 12 markers. What a waste of $20.00. I called the Marvy Company to see if they would exchange them for different colors. They were less then nice about it.They could care less. There are 108 colors and I wanted all of them. But I'll find another company to do business with. thanks for showing your true colors.

Go with Uchida!
I'll be honest; I didn't know what I was buying. It was hard to form a picture of these pens made for stamps. The markers are quite long and there is a brush-on tip and a fine drawing tip. A nice flow of color comes out of them. This set is called Landscape and each color is subtle and earthy. I wouldn't pick these colors individually but they really work as a team. I illustrate (doodle) on cards and I can honestly say that these paint pens have taken me in new directions. When you concentrate on the colors, it's very inspiring. I am thrilled with these pens to say the least. They are a pleasure to use and I would love to own 5 or 6 sets of Le Plume II by Uchida.

Dislike overlap lines
I love the brush ends. But two things disappoint me. The pastel colors are light but they darken far too much where the lines over lap. They aren't precisely pastel colors. Just light colors. They cost far less than my prismacolor markers, and don't bleed through like the prismacolor, but I find them difficult to use because of the overlap lines. If I try to maintain an even color I end up ruining the surface of the papers. They dry too quickly for the lines to blend ink. They are great for small detail areas while coloring though, if the space is too small to require multiple strokes. Most paper surfaces I've tried them on are ruined in 4 strokes. I won't be ordering more of this brand. Kinda sad because I love the long slim barrels.

I think I love these more than the Tombow Dual Tips!
I just might love these more than the Tombow Dual Tips. They are firmer which allow for more control with lettering. The other end is akin to the Micron 01. Unfortunately some of the fine liner ends were a bit dry but I loved the way these pens wrote and the colours so much that I still gave these 5-stars!Would buy again!

Very nice pens, but the lids are very tight on ...
Very nice pens, but the lids are very tight on the brush tip end, and when they arrived some of the fine tip ends were not in the pen properly. They were easy enough to push in and haven't been a problem since, but be aware that the fine tip might fly out of the pen and onto the floor first time you open it,until you have pushed it in properly
