Subaru has really made a mess of things this time. After getting into a fight with the girl of his dreams, Subaru is stuck in the Karsten estate with Rem while Emilia heads home without him. Consumed by a sense of powerlessness, he spends his time desperately training--all the while wondering, "What's the point?" Is there any reason for him to struggle at all? But while he grapples with his inner demons, the Witch Cult may no longer be content to sit back... Review: More of the Same, Yet Better Than Ever - An excellent continuation of the series. If you've read up until this point, which I would hope (it is the fifth novel, after all), then you should know what you're expecting from now. This novel in particular does not disappoint, and covers Subaru's time in the capital as well as attempts by him to save Emilia and co. during the third arc of the story proper. The occasional art is good as well, and the additional details represented (which were missed in the anime adaptation, that does cover a bit further than this still) are excellent. My only complaint is that the translations occasionally take a bit too much liberty trying to turn Japanese phrases and wording into an English equivalent, rather than providing translation notes - so this can lead to some names feeling a bit out of place. The story itself is excellent enough as a whole however that this is hardly a problem even worth mentioning. Review: Re Zero is truly something else - Thoroughly enjoying reading through these light novels

NOW, THIS IS THE VOLUME TO READ!! :D
This volume follows the gruesome and tragic events that befall subaru, our still lovable protagonist, around the middle of the series. Definitely will continue supporting the novel releases until the very end!! :D I LOVE RE ZERO (A bit biased) lol
