Well made quantity item, hence the 5 stars. Many combinations of notches and raised bits to allow for various stove prongs.However just to be difficult, our neff wok burner has 6 prongs and doesn’t fit in any notch. The quality was too good, so trying one last time before we return the item, it just fitted upside down with the knobbly bit for the vessel wedged against 4 of the 6 prongs! Works like that well and we kept it.

As noted by others, this needs two slots cutting to fit hobs where there are four supports and the distance between the supports is less than 96mm. Cuts easily with a junior hacksaw.I also smoothed off the top surface which was a bit rough.However it works well at preventing small pans tipping over. I initially bought one to try, then bought two more once I had tried it out.

Exactly what we needed, safely holds small pans in place. l was getting pans tip over,very scary. This is just the tool for the job,wish I thought of it years ago. Great value too,looks good on hob as well.

Bought to enlarge my gas ring in an effort to stop pans tipping over - SUCCESS!It is made of cast iron (do not drop) and has a variety of notches, knobs and blips which I imagine means it would sit securely on most hobs, it fits two of mine.

Takes a little while to fit, but once fitted it is fine.

the indentations on the trivet are great to fit most stove tops; however, it does not fit on mine. One of the 3 inner rectangles is in the way of the indentation that would make it fit perfectly. Therefore, it cannot be positioned safely. I wanted a more expensive option to avoid the issues arising from choosing cheap trivet options, but this time, I should have had.
