Will this work on wing mirrors?

This product is designed to internally fix a rear view mirror to a clean glass surface. As a wing mirror would not usually fix onto a glass surface, and is external, I would doubt very much that it would work.

Does this have any ability to gap fill a tiny bit. My Audi A1 plastic mirror mount doesn't have uniform contact with the glass.

Sorry I'm not really sure - all I can tell you is that it is very small tube and my mechanic had trouble getting enough out of the tube to attach my rear view mirror to the mounting - sorry I can't be more helpful.
