KitchenCraft Aluminium Fish Scaler, 22 cm (8.5"), Silver

First time I’ve owned a proper fish scale remover and I wish I’d got one sooner. I wasn’t sure how this one could be so good because it looks like it shouldn’t work… but it does. I rub it over the fillet in a circular motion, whilst running the fish under cold water to wash away the scales. Very effective, easy, and minimal mess. To clean it just rinse under the tap as it will discolour if cleaned in a dishwasher, as pointed out in another review.

Look good, safe and easy to use

Very easy to get scales off the fish but you will have to use tactfulness not to get the scales everywhere. For the price, I can't complain. It looks more expensive that the price paid.

Just purchased the descaling tool and I must say it’s really really brilliant. Won’t hurt the flesh of the fish at all. Tried on sea bass which has thick scales. If it gets descaled, then other fishes will get descaled like knife through a butter. Don’t hesitate! Just buy it.

ottimo articolo , leggero ma robusto, si pulisce facilmente, fa egregiamente il suo dovere senza schizzare da tutte le parti le squame, rapporto qualità/prezzo soddisfacente anche se il minimo è la fornitura di due pezzi, senza dubbio l'altro pezzo lo darò ad uno dei figli in quanto attrezzo valido

Yo antes quitaba las escamas rascando con un cuchillo. Sólo he probado una vez este desescamador pero me ha sorprendido muy positivamente las escamas salen sin prácticamente ningún esfuerzo

Utile, comodo e pratico!Strumento facile da usare e molto meglio del "lavoro fatto in casa con le forbici" meno dispersione di squame nella cucina!
