Best bread ever.. I am not celiac but I def suffer with tummy issues especially when eating bread, so I stay gluten free. Although t his bread isn't gluten free it is made using the old practices. I have noticed one thing, I don't get a bloat or cramps when I eat bread that is made the old artisan way. This bread is so yummy toasted with butter and a bit of strawberry jam. You won't regret this purchase.

I hate it
I wish I had never bought this stuff. It is horrible. Dry kind of hard and really not keen on the flavour, now I am stuck with loads of it. Think I will give it to bird lovers. I can only speak for myself, but I dislike the texture the flavour and the mouth feel of this product.
