Thanks in advance** A: My son wears these all year round,keeps him cool in warm weather and warm on cold days.if extremely cold then thermals fit well underneath.he uses them in woodlands and also at college.they always look smart too.As his mum I love them because they wash and tumble really well and I fold them in drawers and they still look new.He has jackets also that are 5.11 but I hang them to dry and always they still look new.shower proof,hard wearing ,smart,comfortable.100pc agree with comment by John. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very comfortable, practical and hard wearing trousers - still good after 7 years *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 2 December 2018* I've just bought my second pair of Taclite Pro trousers, this review will focus however on the 1st pair I bought about 7 years ago, as far as I can tell the new trousers are essentially the same construction and design as the old ones.The first pair I bought are one of the two most comfortable pairs of trousers I own (the other being the similar but heavier 5.11 Tactical Pants), to the point that they're my preferred choice if I ever get the chance of a day of slobbing around the house.After 7 years there is a little visible wear, mainly fraying around the back of the ankles and as you'd expect for something that's had well over 100 washes they are now dark grey rather than black. Perfect for hot days and rainy days, as they are both 'lite' and dry quickly. With leggings underneath they make excellent winter hiking trousers. There is a good range of pockets.
