Found this item better than my original brass connector because the on off levers are nice and long and easier to manipulate with arthritic fingers . Only had it a short while so can't comment on longevity yet but for the price it's worth it

Good VFM.
Very pleased with this item. Never bothered with PTFE tape before but since they supplied it foc I thought why not.. The extra rubber washers they provide I used on my existing hose reel to get that working sweet again. Lo & behold - drip free hose again! The fit of the head to the outside tap was quite tight and took a little forcing but that's not necessarily a bad thing and the isolating levers are positive to turn and use.All good!

Didn’t last long
After 7 months water leaking out of taps spraying everywhere, have had to throw away

Fits securely and easy to use
This 2 way hose splitter feels study and that it will last. It is metal and plastic construction, and comes with extra washers in case the seal starts to leak. The screw threads tighten nicely and are easy to attach and remove.It forms a good connection to the hose connectors, but I would recommend spending a bit and buying decent brand hose connectors (such as the popular yellow ones) to ensure nothing leaks and stays firmly connected. I always find its cheap connectors that are the issue.The shut-off levers are easy to use, to shut off either of the outputs. And the levers are large enough to easy move, even with gloves on. And you can easy see which direction they are currently in.I've tried a few different splitters and this seems thr best I've owned so far.

Missing items...but to be corrected - now a happier customer
Further update Sept2018:Replacement arrived, but it was of the 4 splitter variety and again did not include the connectors or the washers (which were actually advertised with that). At this point I have given up and went and bought some othersUpdate to original review below:following posting a 2 star Poor review I was contacted by the seller who apologised that there were missing items saying they would send a replacement item with all items included without the need to return the original. This is pleasing as the actual splitter is is good quality (in metal and therefore robust) and the taps work perfectly in stopping water when off - a plastic version I had bought from elsewhere did not do - therefore whilst my initial disappointment was unpleasant experience, assuming the replacement item arrives then I will be happy to change to a 4 star, as I have now[Original post against a 2 star rating]]Item did not include the 4 washers or the two connectors that are advertised to come with it. I will be complaining. I needed it urgently and paid half as much again to get next day delivery. A total waste.

utilisé depuis plus de 3 mois en extérieur, raccordé à un programmateur automatique qui envoie une pression d'eau de 5 bars 4x/jour et aucune fuite à signaler pour le moment, pour avoir acheté plusieurs raccords de marque de ce type en magasin de bricolage pour finalement se retrouver avec de la m***e, celui-ci semble être largement au dessus du lot
