Samsung Micro USB Data Cable - APCBU10BBE

I went to samsung.com to find products that would be compatible with this phone. On amazon I looked up the id number #APCBU10BBE and found this product. When I tried the product out, I ran into a problem, It did not fit !I thought to myself hmm, "It does not appear to fit on my samsung montage phone, maybe I should send it back..." When I compared the data cable to my charger cable, it looked very similar, despite the two prongs on the end being larger. I decided to take a nail file and file down the ends. It worked like a charm! I was able to put mp3 music on my phone, and everything seemed to work fine. Since this product was pretty inexpensive, I decided to take the risk, but normally I would have sent it back. And yes it appears to be made by samsung, but its a good thing that I did not have to pay the "samsung" price for it.

I had wanted an additional data cable to use at work and for travel. This cable says it's for data but also thought that, like the original cable it would charge also. It does not. Don't buy if you want to charge your phone while using for data at the same time. Look for a cable that says it does both - there are many available. I gave three stars because it does do what is says, but there is no warning that it will use the attached power, but not charge.

I bought a few of these chargers and they all work great. I did not realize at the time that they were not long chords. Other than that they work fine and plug into any USB. It charges my Galaxy 3 and Galaxy note 8.0

I ordered a few of these since my boys go through cable cords like crazy. They are a little shorter than I would like. They are not the best quality since I already had to throw 2 away b/c they broke. Could be the product or my boys simply being a little rough with them when inserting them into their tablets. But for the price, I shouldn't complain....

Order a usb data cable it arrived in the specific time. And when i contacted them about tracking i got a speedy response.Simple little things product description wish they has stated the length of the cord.But overall i would shop with them again

I was told by my phone co. that this cable would fit for a specific phone. It ended up that it didn't fit. Ironically, it did fit another phone from another phone co. Otherwise I would have returned it.

Cable works well. Good Price. Cable is of good quality. Not sure why Samsung needs a special cable but since they do, I was glad this was available

I was buying this cable because I needed a longer one but this one it quite short. A length would be appreciated in the description of this product. But other than that it works great.
