I like this product. It doesn't seem to have whitened my teeth much but it definitely makes for a more pleasant oil pulling experience. It tastes pleasant and the combo with detoxifying charcoal works really well. I'm going through invisalign treatment at the moment and my teeth started to become so sensitive that I could barely chew. After 3 days of using this for 15-20 mins each morning the sensitivity had completely disappeared. A bonus considering the other great health benefits oil pulling can bring.
