Works fine although clunky on child’s wrist! The timer I wasn’t able to set times as I would have wanted.

This product is working so far, my grandson gets so excited when the music and lights play. His training has greatly improved. I wish the buttons worked better and the lcd was just a bit larger. Sometimes when I turn it on the timer starts but the alarm doesn't work.i have to turn it off and back Sometimes it work right. Again great idea but a little over priced in current condition, I wasn't expecting a Casio or anything but it needs better electronics.

My son's favorite color is orange so it helped that these come in multiple color options. It plays music to remind him/us that it is potty time. This has been helping us have less accidents.

We love this potty watch! The first one we got stopped working but we loved it so much we would still never consider another brand. So I called the customer service number from their website. They answered immediately and the best part, they spoke in English! Not only did they replace the watch for no charge, they gave me a free extra battery and a sticker chart. The shipping was super fast too! The man I spoke with was so pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend!

Watch was great for about 5 days, then 1 side of the wristband broke off, was able to get it back on, then the batteries went dead & when I unscrewed the back to replace the tiny screws were rusted! and completely jst fell apart ...everything EXCEPT the batteries came loose! Advise to get a rechargeable battery brand for a fee more dollars!

As a parent with ADHD this has been amazing at helping me remind my child to go sit in the toilet.

I purchased for my grand daughter, it did not work. I exchanged for a new one it worked fne for the first two days which really helped us. the third day it conked out. I just took the loss and did not want to send back.

Haven’t had chance to test this yet, but the lack of quality control from the official Potty Watch Store is disappointing to say the least. Our son was very excited when it arrived and i opened the box, at which point I thought there was probably a plastic tag that needed to be removed to engage the batteries, but after I opened it up and discovering that the batteries just weren’t working (the music plays still, just no display at all) he said he wasn’t interested in wearing it right now.
