At least 3rd time of purchasing. Worth buying compared to cheaper versions.

I bought this on someone’s recommendation but with very little faith in its claims. I was wrong. This stuff does exactly what it says it will and supports and relieves muscle strain and weakness.

The product quotes 3 to 5 days usage. I applied pre tape glue and use the product. With that it stays but corners of tape still lifts even when the way are trimmed / rounded. Tape is thick enough and stretches well. Definitely require pre tape glue to adhere better.

Loved this for my tennis elbow, looks cool and stays on for a good few days.

Wasn’t sure whether this would work as it’s the first time I’ve used KT tape. However, easy instructions and used in a bad tricep tear. It works! Really did help. Stayed in place for 5 days. Easy to take off with no residue. Dry imoressed!

I bought this tape because it looked like another kinesiology tape I had before which was Amazing. It too was pink, BUT, it left my skin intact, and lasted forever. It was like a second skin. This one goes on well. It stays put (they say for 3-5 days), I think I did 3 days and then left it on for 5 days. My knee was feeling better, it had firm support and I forgot the pain I was feeling, well, until this was taken over by needing to itch where the tape was. I left it and distracted myself. But when the burning sensation kicked in and little red blotches started appearing I had to take it off. Despite doing this slowly and gently it was really painful. When I lifted up the tape there were blisters, and bits of skin missing. Plus the residure of the tape was a pain to get off.I now have not only a bad knee but a cut and blistered bad knee. I have used this tape since as I wait for a knew brace but by not putting the sticky side on my skin and then wrapping more over it so there is tension but no skin contact with the adhesive. It still works and offers less chance of skin damage. At least for me.This is a good tape, just not for me. I wish I knew the brand of that other tape.

Good firm support! I’ve tried a variety of brands and this one is definitely best (I had mcl injury)I use the cheaper less firm brand around the top n bottom of knee joint and this is good for to attach the Rock tape and cross it over the actual injury. xEx
